NVOY Appoints Simon Lexén as CEO to Accelerate Enterprise Growth Across Europe
NVOY today announced the appointment of Simon Lexén as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 23, 2026. Founder Martin Lundin will continue as Founder and Chief Technology Officer.
NVOY was created to solve a persistent enterprise challenge: organizations are data-rich but access-poor. Critical knowledge is spread across platforms, teams, and formats—driving time loss, duplication of work, and inconsistent delivery. NVOY connects existing systems and makes information usable at speed by enabling teams to find, understand, and reuse the right content with governance and access control.
“The product foundation is strong, and the customer problem is clear,” said Martin Lundin, Founder and CTO. “With Simon as CEO, NVOY has the leadership to scale commercially while I focus on product, architecture, and technical delivery.”
“NVOY is not trying to replace the tools companies already use,” said Simon Lexén, CEO. “We integrate with them and make the information inside them usable. Our priorities are execution, enterprise adoption, and building the organization required to scale across Europe.”
NVOY is entering a scale-up phase with a growth plan focused on enterprise expansion across Europe and planned fundraising to support team build-out and accelerated market execution.
