Today we are opening the Seed round in NVOY.
We are doing it from a strong position: a live product, recurring paying customers, and a product build that has already been funded. For us, this round is not about proving that the product can be built. It is about scaling go-to-market, customer rollout, and platform reach.
Why We Built NVOY
Most companies do not have a lack of information. They have a fragmentation problem.
Important files and internal data are spread across SharePoint, Teams, Google Drive, Slack, Dropbox, cloud storage, network drives, local folders, and other specialized tools. Search works inside each system, but not across the full company. The result is simple: teams waste time, repeat work, use the wrong version, and share content without enough control.
That is the problem NVOY solves.
NVOY connects existing systems and turns scattered internal material into one searchable, AI-ready layer. Teams can search by content, preview results instantly, generate summaries and source-based compilations, and share with control and traceability — without moving files and without replacing the tools they already use.
Why This Matters Now
AI is already in the workplace. But for most companies, AI is still limited by one thing: it cannot reliably work across the company’s own internal data.
